Does System Mechanic have a password manager?

Of three editions of System Mechanic, only System Mechanic Ultimate Defense comes with the password manager. System Mechanic and System Mechanic Pro do not have it included.

Outside of System Mechanic, iolo offers a standalone password manager called ByePass™.
