Can I automatically schedule tools to run in System Mechanic?

Though you cannot schedule times for individual tools to run, System Mechanic includes ActiveCare, a powerful maintenance feature that allows you to set tools to run automatically when certain performance thresholds have been reached. ActiveCare keeps your system running efficiently and securely around the clock by monitoring your computer’s performance while your PC is idle. If during this analysis, a problem that you designated to be automatically fixed is detected, ActiveCare will run the correct tool to repair it.

For example: You can have ActiveCare automatically defragment your computer’s memory when it detects that the system memory falls too low.

ActiveCare Configuration
You have complete control over what automated repairs and optimizations ActiveCare runs. You can easily designate automated tasks:

From the Dashboard>Problems panel.
Click the arrow attached to the Repair/Remove/Optimize button found next to the description of each problem.
From the drop-down menu that appears, select the Automatically repair/optimize/remove with ActiveCare option.

From the ActiveCare>Automated Tasks panel.
Under Tasks Performed Automatically, select the tasks you wish to be performed when you are away from your computer by toggling the associated button to Enabled or Disabled.

ActiveCare E-mail Reports
To have System Mechanic send you status reports about the health and security of your PC select the Send report via e-mail check box found on the ActiveCare tab of the Options window. These reports contain information about ActiveCare analyses and repairs, such as recently repaired problems and recommended optimizations.
